Processing Time
All PREMADE orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All PREORDER Orders are processed within 2-4 Weeks. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Rates
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping (Optional – remove if not needed)
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary between 7–21 business daysdepending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
